James has a broad range of experience in factual, reality and drama programming. As executive producer, he has devised many formats and series, including Missing, Natural Born Dealers, Zodiac SOS, Cash in the Attic, Thunder Races, The History of House Music, Back to Basics, Running on Empty, Hollywood Religions, Drug Nation, Secret History of Hacking, Cannibal Killer and Snappers. James is a programme-maker by training and has worked as a producer/director for all the terrestrial channels in the UK, on Perfect Babies, Scare Stories, Africa Express, Big Story, Big Breakfast, News at Ten, Pet Rescue, NME Premier Review, Reportage and Rough Guides.
He most recently executive produced Mysterious Creatures (drama), The Grey Man (drama) and Body Building Pensioners (BBC1 One Life).

DAN BERBRIDGE (HEAD OF PROGRAMMES)
Dan is the new Head of Programmes at Leopard Films. He has extensive experience in documentary and factual entertainment programming and has a wide range of credits across all the major networks. These include Channel 4's That'll Teach 'Em, Model Behaviour, Can You Live Without Alcohol?, Bodyguards and Indian Finishing School, ITV1's Popstars, Blind Date and Holiday Showdown, BBC1 and BBC2's Fame Academy, My Worst Week and Love Me Love My Kids, Sky One's Prickly Heat and Temptation Island, and ABC's Wife Swap.
Before joining Leopard Dan was based in Moscow for two years, where he oversaw the primetime reality programming at Russia's leading youth channel, TNT. Here he adapted and Executive Produced a number of well-known international formats such as Don't Drop The Baby, Wife Swap and The Block, as well as devising a variety of formats suitable for the Russian market.

Nick has worked across a wide variety of programming from factual entertainment at Disney through to documentaries at the BBC. Since joining Leopard in 2002 Nick has produced two highly successful series of BBC1’s Money Spinners before relocating to New York to head up Leopard Films USA.
Leopard Films USA is currently producing a variety of lifestyle and factual reality shows for a range of US broadcasters including HGTV, CourtTV and A&E.

JENNY COYLE (HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT)
Jenny joined Leopard Films in December 2005 to lead the Development team. Before this, she worked on a Paul Abbott drama-documentary series for ITV, filming with wolves in the wilds of Canada and getting stuck on a glacier in Norway. Jenny started her career as a graduate trainee at Reuters, before moving to BBC News and then to making Current Affairs documentaries for the BBC, including a stint on Panorama. In her spare time, she writes novels and collects kitsch china.

Wendy Hall is based in our New York office. She has previously managed Car Booty and numerous development projects for drama and factual and has coordinated various pilots and documentaries including the observational documentary series Crash Scene Investigators, Missing and one off documentaries Body Building Pensioners and Me and My Face.

)
Miles started his career at Granada 's This Morning and then joined Carlton to produce and direct numerous lifestyle and celebrity formats. He has Series Produced for BBC1 and ITV1 and is Series Editor of two of Leopard's hit series, Missing and also Found - a series fronted by Kate Adie following the emotional stories of abandoned babies.
He previously produced Global E-Missions for ITV1, which won a Broadcast Award for Best Use of New Media and is now fronting Leopard's drive into interactive and multi-platform programming. Miles most recent production is as executive producer of Crash, a hard hitting primetime documentary series for ITV.

Lisa joined in October 2006 from Seven Publishing, publishers of Sainsbury’s magazines. As the first Finance person at Seven Publishing Lisa managed and set up the acquisition of two companies and major investments into the company from the Guardian Media Group and Caledonia Investments PLC. She also developed accounting systems and procedures for this growing company and setup the management information system to support the growth.

ANDREA PEARCE (PRODUCER, ENTERTAINMENT)
Andrea kick started her career on the hit show ‘TFI Friday’ with Chris Evans. Dynamic and driven, after a stint researching she quickly became a Producer Director making a variety of short magazine features on celebrity news, fashion and interviewing international stars.
She soon took on the challenge of directing observational documentaries and series for broadcasters around the globe which took her to remote places in Nigeria and South Africa. A loyal PD at Leopard films she was swiftly offered her first Series Producing role on one of Leopard’s exciting new formats ‘The Secret life of the Gym’ for UKTV Style and in 2007 became staff as a Series Editor for Leopards new property series ‘Good Bid Good Buy’ for ITV1.

CHRIS PERERA (DEVELOPMENT PRODUCER)
Chris Perera, originally from New York, began his Television career as a TV
reporter/anchorman eventually covering the news in Southeastern New England
where he worked for the local ABC News affiliate. He then returned to New
York City where he has been producing, writing and directing television shows
for the better part of the last decade.
Chris is also a video journalist and
director of photography, having shot access driven programming for major
broadcasters and even a feature length film that won comedy awards across the
US. As the Head of Development for Leopard Films USA Ltd., Chris works
tirelessly to identify, develop and pitch TV shows, as well as produce, shoot
and edit accompanying teaser reels.

BELINDA ALLEN (PRODUCTION MANAGER)
Belinda started her media career around 15 years ago in the film industry,
working for an Independent film producer and then FilmFour. After a year of
working and playing in Australia she returned to the UK and moved into
television. Following a stint at the BBC, she worked for numerous leading
Independent production companies as a Production Co-coordinator on a variety
of comedy and factual entertainment shows. Belinda joined Leopard Films in
July 2006, where she co-coordinated on the show 'Farm of Fussy Eaters' before
becoming a Production Manager for the ninth series of 'Car Booty'. She is
just finishing on series 12 of 'Cash In The Attic' before getting her teeth

PHIL CATON (POST PRODUCTION MANAGER)
Over the past 8 years Phil has worked on a range of programmes including travel, reality, fashion and factual documentaries in roles which span development, production and post production. Starting out as a researcher on an adventure travel series he moved on to production coordinating and 1 ½ years later took the unusual step across to post production where he spent 3 years editing and managing a bank of edit suites delivering shows to Sky and ITV.
Wanting to get back to the production side, Phil went on to production manage and then direct a number programmes before heading off to travel round South America for 6 months. Phil’s now happily back in post production, looking after our edit suites and cutting our pilots/programmes when needed.
Phil is now managing Leopards post production facility which includes 4 new Avid suites and some of the latest camera equipment. He also edits some of our pilots.

SEDONA ROSE BASHER (PA TO JAMES BURSTALL)
In the London office, Sedona Rose is the personal assistant to the CEO,
James Burstall and the Office Manager.
She moved to London from Los Angeles California in September 2007 and
started here at Leopard Films in October 2007. In Los Angeles, Sedona
was working for a film production company called Lexicon Filmed
Entertainment in Burbank and Beverly Hills. Working with Lexicon she has
worked on and off sets between development and production on numerous
films and music videos.

Rachel is series producing Missing for BBC1.
She started her career as journalist working for Sky News and the BBC. Moving to Granada where she made Eye of the Storm and Garages from Hell. Deborah is an award winning producer/director who has made programmes ranging from history drama-docs to under-cover investigations. She started her career on magazine shows at the BBC and then moved in to current affairs working on the ITV flagship show The Big Story at Twenty Twenty and making Dispatches for Channel 4.

Growing up in the UK, but spending the majority of his career in the US, has given Julian the best of both worlds. A unique combination of British television creativity mixed with American drive and determination. Julian cut his teeth producing in New York in the fast paced world of syndicated news magazines, then moved onto MTV and VH1. He’s produced documentaries for A&E, MSNBC and OLN and lifestyle programming for Fine Living, TLC and HGTV.

With 12 years in the IT industry working with small graphic design firms right through to large American Corporates, Karl is the IT department of Leopard Films.
Previous employment in mixed environments with many operating systems, networks and softwares, Karl has a multitude of different skills that help Leopard on a day to day basis; from video and audio through to remote networking and maintaining a good infrastructure for all of Leopards companies.
