Over the past eight years Phil has worked on a range of programmes including travel, reality, fashion and factual documentaries in roles which span development, production and post production. Starting out as a researcher on an adventure travel series he moved on to production coordinating and eighteen months later took the unusual step across to post production where he spent three years editing and managing a bank of edit suites delivering shows to Sky and ITV.
Wanting to get back to the production side, Phil went on to production manage and then direct a number programmes before heading off to travel round South America for six months. Phil's now happily back in post production, looking after our edit suites and cutting our pilots/programmes when needed.
Phil is now managing Leopards post production facility which includes four new Avid suites and some of the latest camera equipment. He also edits some of our pilots.
